3. User Accounts

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that:

• Generated itineraries will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• Opening hours, prices, or availability of attractions will be current
• Transport suggestions will reflect real-time conditions
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Important: Always verify critical information (reservations, tickets, opening hours, visa requirements) directly with providers before your trip. InTrip.Me is a planning tool, not a booking service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InTrip.Me and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Travel disruptions, missed reservations, or trip-related losses
• Inaccuracies in generated itineraries or recommendations
• Actions of third parties (hotels, attractions, transport providers)

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months (or $100 if you used the free tier).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InTrip.Me, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
